We arrived early, but the friendly receptionist allowed us to store our luggage and suggested a nearby place for us to grab a bite while we waited for our room to be ready. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the high street and along the seafront. Our room, although compact, was well-equipped and had a pleasant aesthetic. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the cul-de-sac and the lovely views. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea and close to the seafront shops and bars. The view from the room was also impressive. the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.
One negative point is that the room's bed was too hard and dusty upon arrival.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The bed pillows and bed linen were absolutely lovely and provided incredible comfort. The room had a stylish design that we really liked. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with a beautiful outside seating area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we were very impressed with the high quality services and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.
This hotel is a wonderful choice for families and we highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Southend-on-Sea for Easter and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff at the reception were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a modern and comfortable atmosphere, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely Terrace Bar where we could relax and enjoy the view. Another great aspect was the presence of air conditioning in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable, especially during the warm Easter weekend.
There were a few things that could be improved upon. the price we paid seemed a bit high, considering that parking was an additional cost on top of the room rate.

I had an amazing couple of nights here! Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff, both in the restaurant and bar, were very obliging and so professional. The food and cocktails in the afternoon were great, and the evening meal was one of the best I've had. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect for seeing a show at the Cliffs Pavilion, as it was within walking distance. The rooms and main areas of the hotel were very clean.
Couldn't stay longer.
